Firebase Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to understand general app usage, such as screens viewed, feature interactions, session activity, device type, app version, and performance trends.
Firebase Crashlytics: We use Firebase Crashlytics to detect app crashes and stability issues. Crash reports may include device model, operating system version, app version, time of crash, and technical logs needed to fix problems.
Push notification tokens: When the mobile app enables notifications, we store an FCM token together with device type and app version so we can send football alerts and related product notifications.
Website analytics: On the website, we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand visits, page usage, and general behavior patterns so we can improve content, performance, and navigation.
